My work weaves together yoga, mindfulness, nervous-system awareness, and psychology to help you reconnect to yourself, body, mind, and heart. Each session is a gentle yet powerful exploration of what’s present for you, designed to meet you exactly where you are.
1:1 Yoga & Therapeutic Sessions
Personalized sessions designed to support emotional balance, embodiment, and nervous system regulation.
We use gentle movement, breath, somatic inquiry, and reflective conversation to release tension, build awareness, and create space for self-understanding.
These sessions are ideal if you are:
• Seeking support for anxiety, burnout, or life transitions
• Wanting to reconnect with your body and intuition
• Interested in integrating yoga and mindfulness into your healing journey
Sessions are offered online via Zoom and in person (by request).
What to expect.
Each session is an invitation to slow down and listen.
We’ll begin with conversation, then move into gentle, embodied practice, using breath, mindful movement, or restorative postures depending on your needs that day. Sessions close with reflection or journaling to help integrate what you’ve experienced.
We may use:
• Gentle yoga or restorative movement
• Somatic and mindfulness exercises
• Breathwork and guided meditation
• Reflection or journaling for integration
No flexibility or prior yoga experience is required. Just an open heart and willingness to explore.

Single Session -$120
3-Session Package -$330 (save $30)
6-Session Package -$630 (save $90)
Packages can be used over 3–6 months and are tailored to your goals, whether that’s restoring balance, deepening your yoga practice, or learning self-regulation tools for daily life.
