Yoga, Mindfulness & the Art of Holding Space
“Coming home to yourself is the greatest journey there is.”
I’ve always been a space holder… even as a child, I felt called to listen, to nurture, and to create calm where there was chaos. That calling has woven its way through everything I do.
My background is wonderfully diverse: years of working with children, teaching yoga, and studying herbalism, all of which have deepened my understanding of how mind, body, and spirit intertwine. Now, as I pursue my master’s in Integrative Psychology, I’m taking the next step on this lifelong path of learning how to support others more fully and effectively.
Yoga has been my anchor through every season of life, the steady light in the storm that has guided me back to balance time and again. It’s the practice that taught me how to listen inwardly, how to breathe through difficulty, and how to find peace even in motion. Sharing that same sense of grounded calm with others is my deepest joy.
I believe that modern psychology and ancient yogic wisdom are meant to meet: that science is finally catching up to what yoga has always known about the mind-body connection. My work bridges these worlds, blending timeless spiritual insight with modern understanding of the nervous system and emotional health.
Whether through yoga practice, mindful mentorship, or the supportive container of therapy, my mission is simple:
to help you come home to yourself.
