Hi, I’m Suzy: yoga teacher, retreat facilitator, and holistic guide. My work blends the traditions of yoga with principles of psychology and nervous-system regulation to support emotional balance, embodiment, and resilience.
Mother, daughter, sister, friend, yogi, traveler, dreamer.
I’ve never fit neatly into one box, and I no longer try to. Integrating all the parts of who I am has become both my practice and my purpose. Through this integration I’ve found the most meaningful work of my life : helping women and families reconnect to their hearts, bodies, and sense of inner calm and peace.
I believe healing happens through relationship: with ourselves, with others, and with the present moment. Whether we’re working together in a one-to-one session, a group class, or on retreat, my intention is to create a grounded, compassionate space where growth and transformation can unfold naturally.
